Each year, they must pass a state training program in order for M&M Auto Service to be considered a state certified emissions facility.

Emissions testing is required annually for all vehicles in Pennsylvania. You must take your vehicle to an emissions facility once per year to prove your vehicle meets state standards for emissions.
